If you are truly dissatisfied with an order, please notify us. We want to make your shopping at Indocara a meaningful experience. If you aren’t happy, then we aren’t happy (period).

Returns

We accept items for return under the same condition they were bought. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 90 days from the point of sale. This excludes any shipping costs, which must be paid by customer unless reason for return is damage caused by shipper. A sales receipt at the time of return is required.

Deliveries

Indocara offers customers within a 25 mile range a one item delivery rate of $50, with a $10 fee for each additional item. Beyond the 25 mile range, we will service customers up to 120 miles in distance from our location in downtown Madison for an additional $1/mile each way. If you are located outside the 120 mile range, Indocara can provide you with a quote and make all the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your purchased goods.

Checks & Credit Cards

Any out-of-state checks will require two forms of valid identification. All credit card transactions will require an additional form of identification. Any bounced checks will have a bank charge of $50 upon final clearing.

Security Deposit for Reserve Items

For custom orders, Indocara requires you to reserve the rights to an item by giving a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of ordering. We will provide you with an estimate shipment arrival date prior to requesting the deposit, however it is fair to estimate a 10-12 week delivery time from ordering date. 2 weeks prior to the shipment arrival, the outstanding 50% balance is due. More accessible goods such as textiles, area rugs and lighting may have a significantly shorter waiting period since air shipping is the likely method for transportation.
